What a difference a week makes!

A week ago today, all three of the luck puppies were adopted. In keeping true to their names, they were very fortunate to find outstanding homes. I could not have found better adopters for them, if I pulled them straight from my imagination!
Wishbone now has a 12-year-old best friend whose eyes lit up as soon as he saw the freckled puppy.
Penny is with a young couple that recently relocated from the Midwest… they are practically family. 🙂 She has a doggie sister that was wearing a Packers dog tag when we visited. We almost reconsidered the application when we found out that Penny had a matching Bears tag on her new collar… good thing they were amazing pet owners!
And, little Buddha found a home where he is already being spoiled rotten. He has a mama that takes him everywhere she goes and three other people family members that were estatic to add him to their home.
It is always hard to let go of a foster, but it is so much easier when I know they are going to a great home. What an awesome experience it was to enjoy these guys while they were with me. A perfect ending to a new beginning.
