One Tough Tuck

…continued from here.

On Monday, Tuck went to see her regular Vet and have her stitches removed.  In her words, “Tuck was an angel” when they removed the stitches, you are “very lucky” that everything looks normal.  Tuck can see!

Unfortunately, Tuck now has a double-ear infection.  The plastic cone restricted air from getting to her ears and an infection formed.  Therefore, she is back on tons of medication.

I am thrilled to say, however, that I have my girl back.  She is right back to her normal feisty self… begging for food and demanding attention.

Just to be on the safe side… we are keeping the dog room just for her.  Although these days, her brother, Fred, is stopping in for a visit or two.

As for what is happening with LC… there is more to come on that soon.

    Amber,

I am so sorry to hear about Tuck! I couldn’t imagine that happening to our dog, Elvis. Hope she is feeling better. You and Scott definitely live an intersting life fostering all those animals. By the way, I love reading your blog. Keep up the great story telling!
